Converting Websites to EHR integration

Dear Doctors,

Have you ever thought why your current websites are not performing? Have you ever thought why your website is not bringing more leads? Is it because a website has to function perfect, not only to look good? Your website, no matter how good it looks, has to perform flawlessly on several levels in order for the search engine (most likely Google) to show it on people searches.

Most important criteria Google is classify websites in order to display them on first pages are many but the ones that count the most are following:

1. Website speed - this is regarding how fast a website loads and can be browsed by a visitor. In our day, everybody is using a mobile device, so much so, 300% of searches are made on mobile devices. Forget high speed surfing if you are on the go, so your website has to perform the best on modest cellular internet speed... so much so, that if the website is not loaded in maximum 3 sec. you will lose 90# of potential visitors. But you will not even get there, because if the website is not loading fast, Google will not display it on any search... You can check your website speed by entering your website address when you are going to Google Page Speed Test
2. User interface (UI) - This is very important criteria as well. Visitors want to have everything they are looking for from the very beginning. If you make them to jump through a ton of pages to get to what they are looking for, then you will lose them as potential leads. Do not forget, your goal here is to have a website that take a visitor from point A to point B as fast as possible. Mo amount of "gimmicks" or other things like that will make any visitor to convert into a patient.
3. User experience (UX) - This is tied with above UI very much because if you will keep the visitor running around, will have a terrible experience, and never convert into a new patient. Your goal is to make everything on the website as easy and intuitive to use. Allwayd a straight line will be the closest path between two points. 

If you want to take it a step further, make everything, from the website, EHR, booking, payment processing system, etc... part of the same website. Sure you can integrate third party services to look like one website... but that would never help grow your website relevance and conversions, and would never help you work smarter not harder. Have you ever thought why so much of your time is spent with other tasks, and not spending more time on your patients? How many times you need to lose time to locate a patient file, or even worse to use a file for a different patient?
